Common questions

Are the advisors real people?
No. Every advisor is an AI character with an invented name, photo and description. The replies are generated by AI models from Google and Anthropic. In rare cases a human advisor can take over an ongoing conversation, which is covered in our Terms.
What does Lisora cost?
Downloading and signing up are free, and you get 50 credits once after onboarding. For longer conversations you buy credit packs in the app, starting at 1.99 euro. These are one-time purchases, not a subscription.
How is it billed?
By the minute. Every character has a per minute price that you see before you start. Every 60 seconds that amount is deducted from your balance. You can pause billing inside the chat, and the session ends automatically when your balance runs out.
Does this replace real advice?
No. Lisora is entertainment. Astrological readings, tarot and predictions are not scientifically grounded statements and do not replace therapeutic, psychological, medical, legal or financial advice. For serious problems please contact a qualified professional, and in an emergency call your local emergency number.
What happens to my data?
Your messages and, if you provide them, your birth details are sent to our AI provider so a reply can be generated. Storage is in the EU, our database server is in Frankfurt. In the app you can export your data and delete your account together with all chats.
Which languages does the app support?
English, German, Spanish, French and Dutch. You can change the language in the app settings.
What is the minimum age?
Lisora is for users aged 18 and over. That applies to free use as well as to every purchase in the app.
